History

November 1970 November 1970 Hayashi Tsutomu (former chairman) establishes the company with a capital of 20 million yen at the current headquarters plant. August 1971 ICS pipes are developed and production begins.
June 1973 Increased capital to 30 million yen.
April 1977 ICS square pipe is developed and commercialized.
April 1979 Increased capital to 45 million yen.
April 1980 Designated as an eligible product for the Ishikawa Prefecture subsidy for promoting development of new products by small and medium-sized enterprises.
April 1983 Received the Matto City Small and Medium Enterprise New Product Development Contributor Award.
April 1985 Received the Matto City Small and Medium Enterprise New Product Development Contributor Award.
April 1986 Developed and commercialized seamless ICS pipe and was designated as a product eligible for the Ishikawa Prefecture subsidy for promoting development of new products by small and medium-sized enterprises.
June 1986 Begins production of stainless steel pipes.
October 1989 Completed a plant dedicated to solid stainless steel pipes.
June 1991 Polishing line dedicated to stainless steel pipes is expanded.
November 1991 Tokyo Sales Office opened.
January, 1995 Newly installed high-frequency tube-making line.

May 2020 Terai Plant is closed, vacuum annealing furnace is closed, and a new plant is added to the head office.

5. When procuring goods and services, select those that take environmental issues into consideration.

7. We will establish an environmental management system and conduct educational and awareness-raising activities to promote a deep awareness of global environmental issues and environmentally conscious corporate activities.
